Returning to Manchester’s Regional Arena for the first time since 2007, the 2020 British Athletics Championships is set to be packed with drama and captivating performances.
Serving not only to decide which athletes are crowned British champion across 18 events for both men and women, the championships also serve as the official trials for the 2020 Olympic Games, meaning team spots are also up for grabs as athletes vie for the opportunity to compete on the biggest stage of all.
With competing at the championships mandatory for athletes targeting a spot on the plane to Tokyo, stars such as Dina Asher-Smith, Laura Muir, Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Adam Gemili, Holly Bradshaw and Zharnel Hughes are all sure to be in attendance and aiming to show impressively.
